イリコスキー製麺所 うどん作り体験教室のお知らせ

親子で一緒に混ぜて、踏んで、切って──。
イリコスキー製麺所のうどん作り体験では、小さなお子さまも保護者の方と協力しながら、粉と水を混ぜるところから、生地踏み、麺切りまで、うどん作りの全工程を楽しんでいただけます。

この日は、カラフルなエプロンの男の子が、お父さんお母さんと一緒にそぼろ状の生地を作り、生地踏みや麺切りにもチャレンジ。仕上がった麺を手にとって、自分の“マイうどん”の長さをうれしそうに確かめていました。別のテーブルでは、青いエプロンの女の子が、お母さんと並んで麺切包丁をトントン。最後は自分で包丁を動かし、リズムよく麺を切っていました。

At our udon-making class, parents and children can enjoy the entire process together –
from mixing flour and water, to stepping on the dough, and finally cutting it into noodles.

On this day, a boy in a colorful apron mixed the dough with his parents, stepped on it, and tried cutting the noodles. He proudly held up his own “my-udon” to check how long his handmade noodles were. At another table, a girl in a blue apron stood next to her mother, carefully chopping the dough with a noodle-cutting knife, and soon she was cutting with a confident rhythm on her own.
